Get Involved

Membership of Friends of Hanslope School is open to all parents and carers of children who attend Hanslope School.

We encourage your participation in our fundraising events and activities and welcome input, ideas and assistance from all our members.

You can get involved by:

  • Becoming a committee member

If you are interested please contact us to be invited to our next meeting.

  • Joining our Volunteers List

Volunteer to purchase supplies for events, design/print/distribute flyers for events, help out at a particular event, write letters, approach local companies for donations, organise raffles, etc. Complete our Volunteers List Form to let us know your expertise and/or availability and we will find some way to get you involved.

  • Match Funding

Does your employer offer matched funding as part of it’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme?  If so, please contact us to find out how you could double our fundraising efforts by getting involved.

  • Using EasyFundraising when you shop

Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be collecting free donations for Friends of Hanslope School?

There are over 3,000 shops and sites on board ready to make a donation, including Amazon, John Lewis, Aviva, thetrainline and Tesco – it doesn’t cost you a penny extra!

    It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…

    1. Head to https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/friendsofhanslope/ and join for free.

    2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping. If you’re on a PC or Mac, you can install the Donation Reminder so you can go straight to an online shop then click the Activate Donation button. Do you shop online using your mobile? Then you can install the easyfundraising App.

    3. After you’ve checked out, that retailer will make a donation for no extra cost whatsoever!

There are no catches or hidden charges and Friends of Hanslope School will be really grateful for your donations.
